HOST – GUEST RECEPTION & CUSTOMER CARE

Twin Beans Farm is a specialty coffee farm and producer located 20 km from central Đà Lạt. We are looking for a friendly team member who enjoys working with guests and is interested in building a career in agritourism.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Advise customers, respond to messages, and provide support over the phone.
• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival at the Farm.
• Coordinate with different departments to fulfill guests’ service requests.
• Handle any issues that arise during guests’ stay at the Farm.
• Manage income and expenses, process payments, and prepare reports.
• Work 8 hours per day, with 4 days off per month.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good-looking, friendly, and honest.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of income and expense management.
• Proficient in using KiotViet, ezCloud, Word, and Excel.
• Able to take photos and videos, create content, and use social media platforms.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in homestay management, front desk operations, or accommodation management.
