VOLUNTEERS (YEAR-ROUND RECRUITMENT)

Twin Beans Farm regularly welcomes volunteers to support different areas of the Farm, including accommodation services, food & beverage, and production. Volunteers may choose the type of work they are most interested in and discuss their preferences with the Farm Manager. Work assignments will depend on the Farm’s needs at the time and the Manager’s arrangement.

DESCRIPTION

• Accommodation services
• Kitchen assistance and food service
• Beverage preparation and service
• Supporting Farm activities such as trekking, forest bathing, farm tours, candle-making workshops, etc.
• Cleaning shared spaces, collecting and recycling waste
• Caring for plants and weeding
• Coffee harvesting (seasonal), coffee processing, production, and packaging
• Harvesting and producing seasonal agricultural and herbal products such as herbal teas, home-smudging herbs, herbal foot soaks, soap, and more

NOTES

• Minimum stay: 2 weeks
• Working time: 4–6 hours per day
• Come with a proactive mindset and be open to communal living. Treat the Farm as your own home — contribute wholeheartedly and use resources mindfully.
• Be observant, take initiative, and share responsibilities with others.
• Bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that provide good sun protection. The weather is generally warm during the day and a little chilly in the evening. Long sleeves, long pants, and socks are recommended because there are many insects. And don’t forget to bring a few nice outfits for those beautiful Farm photos!

At Twin Beans Farm, you will receive:
